Beef Chuck Steak

Chuck steak is inexpensive and comes from the muscle between the neck and shoulder blades of the beef cattle.

The chuck steaks are 3/4" thickness, one per package and are delicious and tender as ever. Chuck is considered "poor man's" steak. Tender and SO Good!
