Pork Butt or Picnic Roast (3-4LB)

Pork Butt or Picnic Roasts come from the shoulder of the hog. The roasts contain more connective tissues and fat. They are best seared and then slow cooked. Extended slow cooking will give you the pulled pork texture of the meat.

Roasts are bone in and are 3-5 lbs.
