A prime rib roast, also known as a standing rib roast, is a classic and flavorful cut of beef that comes from the rib primal cut.
We’re now accepting deposits for prime rib roasts. We custom cut our prime rib roasts for you, so please select the number of bones you’d like for your roast.
The prime ribs are priced at $19.99/lb.
The rule of thumb for buying prime rib is to buy one pound per person. A bone-in standing rib roast will feed about 2 people per bone. Also, be sure to consider how many side dishes you plan to serve. If you are preparing a large holiday meal with plenty of other food you could plan on ½ – ¾ pound prime rib per person.
Our beef is superior flavor and taste. It is aged for 14-18 days, traveled minimal miles, and raised right here in the mohawk valley.
